Where?
Mona’s Restaurant is a fusion kitchen near Edgeware Road offering authentic Indo-Turkish cuisine, combining the rich flavours and traditions of both culinary cultures.
What was required?
The project required the design and supply of a fully equipped kitchen, tailored to meet the demands of a busy fusion restaurant. This included specialised fabrications and a range of high-performance equipment to enhance functionality and efficiency.
The Result?
The kitchen was fully equipped to support the preparation of Indo-Turkish fusion dishes with high-quality appliances and bespoke fabrications. Key equipment installed included Williams Slimline refrigeration units and Fosters Slimline refrigeration, ensuring ample storage in a compact space. Prodis bottle coolers and a Maidaid ice machine were added to cater for beverage service. For cooking, an Infernus griddle, a Falcon 6-burner cooker, and a Valentine fryer provided versatile preparation solutions. The setup also featured a Promek Ayran machine, enabling the production of the traditional Turkish yogurt drink. Stainless steel tables and sinks were installed for durability and hygiene, along with a Foster blast chiller/freezer to meet food preservation standards. Bespoke fabrications ensured the layout was optimised for operational efficiency, resulting in a kitchen perfectly suited to Mona’s Restaurant’s needs.

Where?
Shakespeare is a contemporary modern restaurant serving both Turkish and British cuisines situated on Cockfosters Road. Having worked on their first branch in Edmonton, it was a pleasure to be requested to work on their second local branch.
What was required?
Shakespeare required a full back-of-house kitchen design as well as a full front-of-house proposal for their second location.
The Result?
The kitchen was designed for Shakespeare with a full Blueseal Cookline, including a Rational Combi Oven and Valentine Fryers. For cold storage they had a Foster 4 Door Greggs Spec Salad Fridge as well as an Infrico Meat Fridge, perfect for skewers due to its extra depth. Along with these, they had Foster 2 Door & 4 Door Island Fridges G3, and an energy efficient Uptight Foster Freezer G3. All equipment was supplied and installed through Roneford Catering. The kitchen also included a bespoke wash area which was designed to fit Maidaid Ice Machines and a Sammic Passthrough Dishwasher. For their front of house bar area, we supplied them with Gamko Bottle Coolers. All the Front-of-House Plates, Glassware and Table Presentation items were proposed according to their décor and them. The Tableware brands used were: Steelite, Enigma (DPS), Churchill, Genware and for the Glassware Arc glassware as well as Bormioli Rocco.

Where?
Grilandia Mayfair is a Lebanese cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair. This project was one of the many sites we have worked on for this customer.
What was required?
The project involved a full kitchen design tailored to the client’s and chefs’ specifications, ensuring the kitchen was fully optimised for Lebanese cuisine. As well as a full Front-of-House proposal of Crockery, Glassware, Cutlery and Table Presentation items to compliment the clients décor and cuisine.
The Result?
The kitchen was equipped with a range of high-performance, energy-efficient equipment to meet the demands of a busy Lebanese restaurant. A Blue-Seal gas cookline and Lincat countertop fryers were installed for versatile cooking. An energy-efficient Unox combi oven was chosen to handle various cooking tasks with optimal energy use. Foster counter fridges and freezers (G3) provided ample storage while ensuring energy efficiency, and Foster undercounter freezers were added to meet the refrigeration needs. Bespoke fabrications, including sinks and tables, were designed to maximise ergonomics and workflow efficiency, allowing the kitchen to operate smoothly. The kitchen also included Maidaid passthrough and undercounter glasswashers, along with a Maidaid ice machine for beverage service. Prodis bottle coolers were provided for drinks storage, and a bespoke cocktail station was designed to suit the bar’s needs. The entire setup combined energy efficiency with functionality, ensuring that the kitchen met the client’s expectations and supported high-volume service.
Front-of-house items consisted of Dudson Harvest-Grain Crockery paired with Steelite Craft Tableware to ensure durability was maximised for their high-end service. The glassware consisted of Bormioli Rocco – Electra Stemware as well as Flair 18/10 Cutlery. Tones of green and browns were used in the Tableware and Table presentation items to compliment the décor of this new Grilandia site.

Where?
Silver Service Café is an open-plan breakfast and brunch venue in Enfield-London that underwent a renovation to expand its seating capacity from 40 to 85.
What was required?
The project required a fully bespoke cookline design to accommodate the café’s increased seating and meet the client’s and chefs’ expectations. The new kitchen had to integrate seamlessly with two bar areas, provide high-performance equipment, and optimise workflow efficiency to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
The Result?
To meet the growing demand, a highly functional and efficient kitchen was designed with a focus on high-quality equipment and bespoke fabrications. Energy-efficient Fagor 3-door salad fridges were installed for fresh ingredient storage, and Fagor undercounter freezers ensured sufficient frozen storage space. A Maidaid passthrough dishwasher was included to streamline the cleaning process, while Prodis bottle coolers (2-door and 1-door) were installed to meet beverage storage needs. Fully bespoke stainless-steel fabrications were created to fit the client’s new kitchen area specific needs to enhance workflow efficiency.
For the cookline, the Blueseal cookline with gas griddles, complete with chef refrigerated drawers and a gas 6-burner cooktop, was installed to handle high-volume cooking. The cookline was matched with bespoke Bain Maries and fill-in tables to maximise space and efficiency between units. Roller Grill Twin Tank Electric Fryers were added to provide versatile frying capabilities. This fully customised kitchen setup ensures the café can now meet the increased demand while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Where?
Hedonism Bar and Lounge in North Finchley offers Mediterranean cuisine and a shisha lounge experience. Despite having a small kitchen, it caters to a large 120-seat capacity, providing quality service in an efficient space.
What was required?
The kitchen required a fully bespoke layout to ensure that it could support the high volume of guests while maintaining efficiency within the small workspace. The design had to optimise the space to cover the needs of the lounge, all while focusing on energy-efficient solutions to maximise the client’s return on investment (ROI).
The Result?
The kitchen was designed and fitted with fully bespoke stainless-steel fabrication, including custom tables and a washing area. A complete Blueseal cookline with gas was installed to handle various cooking needs, while an Infrico energy-efficient chef drawers’ fridge and Fagor slimline counter fridges provided optimal refrigeration in a compact space. The setup also included a passthrough Maidaid dishwasher for efficient cleaning operations. A Rational Combi-Oven, chosen for its energy efficiency, was incorporated into the design. The overall focus on energy-saving solutions allowed the kitchen to operate effectively and sustainably, ultimately maximizing the return on investment for the client.

Located next to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Gina’s Restaurant supports the local community by serving traditional African and Caribbean dishes in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
What was required?
The project required the design and implementation of a fully bespoke kitchen setup, tailored to optimise efficiency and ergonomics. The timeline for this project was ambitious, with all work, including handover stages, completed within just three weeks.
The Result?
A fully customised kitchen was delivered, ensuring seamless operations and energy efficiency. The setup included a Maidaid under-counter dishwasher and glasswasher, complemented by an ice machine to support high-demand service. Cooking operations were enhanced with a Unox double-stack 5-grid combi oven with a Purify filter, offering versatility and advanced functionality. Foster Refrigeration G3 units were installed, focusing on energy efficiency and maintaining optimal storage conditions. Additionally, a Budget Gas Fryer was introduced for minimal frying needs. Where?
Hotori is a traditional Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Holborn. It offers a unique concept from Japan, featuring a carefully selected range of wines and whiskeys, alongside authentic Japanese cuisine.
What was required?
The project required a fully bespoke kitchen layout that would meet the high expectations of the client, despite the limited space. The kitchen had to be designed to efficiently serve approximately 60 seats while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine.
The Result?
To maximise the workflow and efficiency within the small kitchen area, bespoke fabrications were implemented, ensuring every centimetre of space was utilised effectively. The kitchen was equipped with energy-efficient Foster 1-door fridges and freezers (G3) to meet storage needs. An energy-efficient induction hob was chosen to meet cooking demands while keeping energy consumption low. A Maidaid under-counter glasswasher and ice machine were installed for seamless cleaning and beverage service. Additionally, Prodis bottle coolers and Prodis refrigeration units with drawers were added to ensure optimal storage and easy access to ingredients. Taste by Marc Sharer is a bespoke Production Kitchen Catering setup located in Welwyn Garden City.
What was required?
The project required a fully tailored kitchen layout with bespoke fabrications, ensuring efficient workflow and optimised use of the available space to accommodate high efficiency cooking and preparation processes for their catering events.
The Result?
The kitchen features a bespoke layout with a custom-designed sink area, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. High-performance equipment, including a Maidaid Dishwasher (C525WSD), Lincat Induction Hobs and Fryer, and a UNOX 5 Grid Combi Oven with a stand and hood, were installed to handle the demands of a high-volume kitchen environment. A fume extraction unit was incorporated to maintain air quality and meet safety standards. The workspace was further enhanced with flat-packed island and wall benches, providing ample preparation and storage space. To complete the setup, a flat-packed budget range cold room was added to address refrigeration and storage needs, resulting in a fully functional and efficient catering space tailored to the client’s requirements.

Where?
Coffee Island is a renowned Greek franchise known for its exceptional coffee experience. From 1999 to now with over 480 locations worldwide!
What was required?
The cafe required a full serving counter front of house with a fully bespoke layout designed and implemented, along with back of house kitchen designs and equipment.
The Result?
The front of house was equipped with a bespoke cold and hot display to showcase their products effectively. The back of house installation included Foster Undercounter Fridge and Freezer units, providing ample storage for perishable items. A Maidaid Ice Machine was added to meet the demands for ice in various beverages. For cooking and baking needs, an Unox Convection Oven was installed, ensuring consistent and efficient food preparation. Additionally, the kitchen featured a Foster G3 Fridge and Freezer, along with a Foster Slimline Single Door Freezer for extra storage capacity. The equipment and layout were tailored to the specific needs of Coffee Island, enhancing the operational efficiency and overall customer experience.

Where?
La Petite Auberge is a French brasserie, restaurant and cocktail bar in North London – Cockfosters, influenced by the grandiose bistros of France.
What was required?
La Petite Auberge required renovations of both the Cocktail Bar area and Commercial Kitchen of their establishment.
The result?
The customer facing area requirements consisted of a fully bespoke cocktail bar area, bespoke fabrications were done for the front and back bar with a bespoke cocktail stations as per the client’s requirements. The Bar was fitted with a Gamko Bottle Cooler/Wine Cooler and a Foster Freezer Undercounter. The bespoke wash area was supplied with a Hoshizaki Ice Machine and a Hobart Glasswasher.
The back of house kitchen area required a redesign of their existing cookline, to do this existing equipment was worked into the designing stages along with the addition of a new Energy Efficient Synergy 1.3m Gas Grill, new Falcon Solid Top, and a new Gas Salamander. Bespoke fabrications were done for the assembly of the cookline. An island area and gantry area were made to fit within the kitchen space with bespoke counters and shelving to optimise space. The pastry area underwent a full bespoke fabricated redesign, and the kitchen was supplied with Energy Efficient Foster 1 Door Upright Freezer G3, 2 Door Counter Fridge G3, 3 Door Counter Fridge G3

Where?
Cheat Meals serves high quality fast food that can be enjoyed as part of a healthy diet. This is the second location of theirs that we have worked with, situated in Earl’s Court.
What was required?
Cheat Meals location in Earls Court required a back of house design, that needed to be finished with fully bespoke fabrications.
The Result?
In response to the busy nature of the fast-food chain, the back of house area in the basement was equipped with two Rollergrill Twin Tank Fryers and a custom-made MAINHO 1500mm Griddle, designed to complement the chrome finishes throughout the space. An Archway Chip Scuttle and a custom heated hatch were also installed to improve operational efficiency. The kitchen also features an Atosa Chef Drawer Fridge and Williams Salad Fridges, enhancing its efficiency and functionality. Although installing the equipment in the basement kitchen presented logistical challenges, the entire setup was successfully completed on schedule.

Where?
Phyllo Bakehouse is a North London Traditional Greek Bakery influenced from the Mediterranean cuisine situated on Holloway Road in Archway.
What was required?
Phyllo Bakehouse requested a front of house bespoke serving area, with full fabrications designed and fitted.
The Result?
The bakery required a bespoke counter shaped to fit the workflow of the café finished with a Corian worktop. Along the heated counter, as well as the cold and ambient glass display cabinets were designed it sit on top with the Corian worktop bordering the glass for a flush look. A large cookie display cabinet was also fabricated and installed as per the clients wishes. Opposite the counter, a full bespoke fabricated wash area and prep station was designed and fitted.

Where?
Cheat Meals is an “American cuisine” franchise with multiple locations. We have worked with two of these locations, the first being in Soho.
What was required?
A fully bespoke back of house kitchen design was required and finished with bespoke fabrications.
The Result?
To match the high demand of the fast-food chain, the back-of-house kitchen was fitted with 2 Rollergrill Twin Tank Fryers, a large MAINHO 1500mm Griddle made bespoke to match the chrome exteriors of the rest of the kitchen. Along with this an Archway Chip Scuttle and Bespoke Heated Hatch was produced to allow for an easier and efficient operational workflow within the kitchen. The kitchen was also fitted with an Atosa Chef Drawer Fridge and 3 Door Foster G3 Salad Fridges.

Where?
Haute Dog is situated at London Bridge, where they transform the classic American hot dog to gourmet status using cuisines from around the world!
What was required?
They required full bespoke fabrications for the back of house kitchen.
The Result?
The kitchen was outfitted with fully bespoke fabrications, including an island counter featuring a hot drawer and hot pass for efficient service. A Britannia recirculation canopy unit was installed to provide proper ventilation for the Roller Grill twin tank fryer.
The cooking equipment included a Lincat Speed Cibo+ oven, Lincat chip scuttle, and Lincat hot drawer, all designed to meet diverse cooking needs. The kitchen also features personalised cold and hot displays, along with a custom-made single bowl sink.
A Maidaid C525WSD dishwasher was installed for effective cleaning, complemented by an energy-efficient induction cooker and Foster G3 fridge and freezer units, which emphasize sustainability. Additional custom elements, such as bespoke benches and a fume canopy unit, were incorporated to create a well-organised and functional workspace.

Where?
Found on Dunmure Road is a bakery, who’s business has been around since 1966. They have developed from working out of a home kitchen to now having two branches in London.
What was required?
The bakery required a ground floor refurbishment with a fully personalised bespoke kitchen layout, as well as a bespoke kitchen design for their basement.
The Result?
The Kohn’s Bakery had a refurbishment project across two separate floors, significantly enhancing both functionality and efficiency. On the ground floor, the bespoke kitchen layout, featured custom counter island fabrications including a 3 Tier Gantry. High-performance equipment was also installed, including Lincat cooklines with electric hobs, a Foster G3 double door counter fridge for ample ingredient storage, a bespoke heated shield to protect the double stacked Rational combi ovens improving the life cycle of the equipment, and a dedicated pot rack for the cookline.
Meanwhile, in the basement, the special ordered Gam Bakery deck ovens with stands from Italy provided exceptional baking quality, complemented by bespoke counters for the dough sheeter and island tabling areas. The customised cold rooms enhance ingredient preservation, while the well-designed sink area with an integrated pot rack bolsters hygiene and organization. Overall, the renovation not only improved workflow efficiency but also created a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere for both staff and customers, setting the stage for Kohn’s Bakery to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Where?
Apollo bakery is a Greek Bakery and Patisserie. Their first branch was opened in North Finchley in 2021 and in December 2023 they opened their second branch based in the heart of Cockfosters.
What was required?
They required a full customer facing front-of-house display and bar area (bespoke to the size and desired layout of their new establishment), as well as a full back-of-house kitchen design.
The result?
For the bar area, the bakery had a full bespoke Display Counter with a Corian tabletop along with a full bespoke Back Bar Counter with Stainless Steel Fabrications, including Longoni Cake Displays and a Bespoke Cookie Display. The bar had Foster Refrigeration and Prodis Drinks Fridges supplied and installed.
The Kitchen area was supplied with a 10 Grid and 16 Grid UNOX. Combi Oven as well as a Foster Bakery Fridge, Foster Counter Fridges, and Blast Chillers. Bespoke Fabrications were designed for the Counters, Sinks, and Shelving for extra storage. Within the bespoke washing area Maidaid Modular Ice Machines were installed.

Where?
Zebrano is a sushi and seafood restaurant which required designs for their new location in Brentwood. Their first location is situated in Soho.
What was required?
Zebrano approached Roneford Catering to provide a complete back-of-house refurbishment with a bespoke kitchen design and Stainless-Steel fabrications.
The result?
This was a complete kitchen rehaul project to improve the operational efficiency within their sushi production with all the catering equipment and fabrications supplied and installed.
Zebrano requested a full bespoke kitchen design; this incorporated a full Lincat Cookline with energy efficient Phoenix Induction 4 Zone Cooker, Lincat Electric Salamander Opus and Synergy Electric Grill with Splash Guards. To combat the small space Stainless Steel Wall Shelves were added for extra storage, along with the benches, hot cupboards and hot shelf.
A central island sushi station was installed with Bespoke fabrications to have a Polar G-Series Tapas Display Fridge and stand set above 2 Polar 2 drawer fridge/freezers. Around the rest of the room, a Foster 8 Drawer Fridge, as well as a Foster 3 Door Counter Fridge, a Bespoke Heated Gantry 2 tier, and a wash area were installed.

Where?
Efes was established in 1974 and is a Unique Authentic Turkish cuisine located in Wimbledon. It can seat over 100 within the restaurant.
What was required?
The Efes kitchen design required 2 bespoke Bar Areas, including a whole renovation of the back -of-house kitchen.
The result?
Two Bespoke Bar areas were designed with curved fabrications, both with complete cocktail stations. The larger was provided and installed with Glass tabling as well as a Coffee table. Whilst both were designed with stainless steel Glass Washing Areas including Sink Bowls and Maidaid Undercounter Glasswashers.
Both bar areas were also equipped with Maidaid Ice Machines and Crushers to keep up with the high demand for ice. Along the bespoke back bar Prodi’s and Gamko Bottle Coolers were installed for easy access. Draft Beer tables were also incorporated into both designs and installed.
The kitchen was designed using two rooms with bespoke fabrications to improve the operational efficiency between the employees. The front kitchen was designed with an Italforni 2 Deck Pizza Oven, an Archway Kebab Machine, Rollergrill Fryers and a full BlueSeal Cookline Solution with Bratt Pans, a Griddle, 6 Burner and a Grill. Foster G3 Counter Fridges, an Atosa Chef Drawer, Fagor Freezers, Prodi’s Fridges and Topping Units were also installed within the front kitchen.
The back Kitchen was designed with a full Bespoke washing area fitted with a Maidaid Dishwasher Passthrough and a Rational 10 Grid I-Combi Pro-Oven.

Where?
Bennie Food & Bar is a new fusion establishment opening just last month in the heart of Fitzrovia. It is situated on Great Portland Street behind the BBC headquarters.
What was required?
For this project, a complete bespoke kitchen refurbishment was required, a bespoke front bar including cocktail station and till area as well as a complete front of house product proposal.
The result?
This project was a full back-of-house renovation with all the following catering equipment and fabrications supplied and installed. The front-of-house also had a complete bar renovation along with all crockery and glassware supplied to accommodate their proposals by matching these with their décor and menus from breakfast to evening dining.
Bennies required an entire energy efficient solution with a low carbon footprint for their refurbishment. Therefore, the kitchen was equipped with a Synergy Grill and Lincat Induction Hob along with Foster G3 Refrigeration, and a Recirculating Canopy, allowing for a lower carbon footprint. A Williams Chef Drawer was also included in the design to enable the kitchen area to be utilized more efficiently for operation opposite the curved stainless-steel fabricated table that was installed. In addition, a Bespoke Washing Area was also provided.
The Bespoke front bar included a cocktail bar with both Gamko and Prodi’s Bottle Coolers and Fridges and a cocktail station.

Where?
This Luton based first traditional Albanian Bar-Coffee Lounge opened their doors in September 2021, they brought the authentic Albanian Coffee experience to Luton.
What was required?
This family run business is a new concept for this part of Luton and they were looking to utilise in the limited spaced kitchen, the most efficient way for high volume production.
The result?
Here we designed a fully bespoke stainless-steel washing and preparation area and equipped the kitchen with high end gas equipment Falcon and Williams refrigeration to counter any space limitation. A Chef drawer Atosa was used under the grill, also bespoke fabrications were designed for the bar area and installed alongside with Maidaid Icemachine and Williams bottle coolers.

Where?
Hotel 1843 is historical building, dating back to 1843 that was first introduced by Charles Dickens, and it is based in Reading. In 2022, through new ownership, the whole building was renovated to meet modern-day demands.
What was required?
Located on one of the busiest streets of Reading a fine dining kitchen was required and a high demand bar to add to the local demand for new places to dine and enjoy specialist cocktails.
The result?
A fully renovated kitchen was supplied and commissioned with complete bespoke stainless-steel preparation, hot pass and washing area. The cookline was supplied with Falcon gas equipment, tandoor ovens and Rational double stack combi ovens. As for the washing area was, this was equipped with a Maidaid pass-through dishwasher for quicker washing cycles based needed for the hotels’ total capacity. Also, a bespoke cold room was supplied for maximising the storage of the kitchen.
The bar area was equipped with a bespoke cocktail station as per bartenders requirements and Prodis undercounter bottle coolers. The glass washing area was designed with bespoke stainless-steel and incorporated a Maidaid undercounter glasswasher. In order to support the bar ice demands, a modular Maidaid 200kg ice machine was installed alongside with Pebble Maidaid 150kg ice flaker in the basement chiller area.

Where?
Donna Margherita has been established for over 25 years and just recently a full refurbishment was completed.
What was required?
A complete refurbishment was needed to blend into the authentic Italian design and new delicatessen offering.
The result?
For the new front display of the establishment was converted into a full bespoke Island Counter. The counter designed and manufactured to suite the new deli proposal and personalised with the Donna Margherita logo.
Bespoke stainless-steel Counters were fabricated to maximise the work area of the Bar & Pizza preparation area. The bar area was equipped with a Maidaid Glasswasher and Ice Machine alongside with Prodis Bottle Coolers.
The pizza preperation area was designed with an island preparation counter and Prodis undercounter fridges. The back kitchen was fitted with a bespoke stainless-steel wash station and Maidaid Passthrough Dishwasher to handle the busy periods. The Cookline was equipped with a full Blue-Seal Evolution range and bespoke Stainless-Steel fabrications for the island L-Shape benches to host a Prodis undercounter fridge. Also Foster and Williams upright fridges were used with a Blast Chiller for better performance on the busy days.

Where?
Aldo’s Kitchen & Bar is a newly established business in Ashtead that provides authentic Spanish and South American dishes.
What was required?
For this project a complete kitchen refurbishment was required. With space limitations, a bespoke kitchen design was needed to give the ability of transforming a small kitchen into a maximum efficient workspace.
The result?
This premises was previously an old office that was revamped into a stunning Tapas Bar & Restaurant. The limited kitchen space was fully refurbished and transformed into an efficient kitchen. A complete custom-made stainless-steel wash and prep area as well as garnish area was designed in a limited space.
A new Falcon cookline and Williams variable Chef Drawer refrigerator was used to increase the productivity and an extraction canopy with a fresh air system was supplied and installed. A Foster G3 Energy efficiency Counter Fridge and Polar Chef Counter Flexi Drawers were used to maintain a low energy and a tidy low level open plan kitchen as well as Maidaid Undercounter Dishwasher. The Hot Pass section was equipped with Hatco heated copper lamps and a bespoke hot cupboard to maximize the working area.
In the bar area, Gamko MG3 energy efficiency Bottle Coolers were installed, to increase the energy efficiency of the business and keep business expenses low.
