Where?
Mona’s Restaurant is a fusion kitchen near Edgeware Road offering authentic Indo-Turkish cuisine, combining the rich flavours and traditions of both culinary cultures.
What was required?
The project required the design and supply of a fully equipped kitchen, tailored to meet the demands of a busy fusion restaurant. This included specialised fabrications and a range of high-performance equipment to enhance functionality and efficiency.
The Result?
The kitchen was fully equipped to support the preparation of Indo-Turkish fusion dishes with high-quality appliances and bespoke fabrications. Key equipment installed included Williams Slimline refrigeration units and Fosters Slimline refrigeration, ensuring ample storage in a compact space. Prodis bottle coolers and a Maidaid ice machine were added to cater for beverage service. For cooking, an Infernus griddle, a Falcon 6-burner cooker, and a Valentine fryer provided versatile preparation solutions. The setup also featured a Promek Ayran machine, enabling the production of the traditional Turkish yogurt drink. Stainless steel tables and sinks were installed for durability and hygiene, along with a Foster blast chiller/freezer to meet food preservation standards. Bespoke fabrications ensured the layout was optimised for operational efficiency, resulting in a kitchen perfectly suited to Mona’s Restaurant’s needs.

Where?
Shakespeare is a contemporary modern restaurant serving both Turkish and British cuisines situated on Cockfosters Road. Having worked on their first branch in Edmonton, it was a pleasure to be requested to work on their second local branch.
What was required?
Shakespeare required a full back-of-house kitchen design as well as a full front-of-house proposal for their second location.
The Result?
The kitchen was designed for Shakespeare with a full Blueseal Cookline, including a Rational Combi Oven and Valentine Fryers. For cold storage they had a Foster 4 Door Greggs Spec Salad Fridge as well as an Infrico Meat Fridge, perfect for skewers due to its extra depth. Along with these, they had Foster 2 Door & 4 Door Island Fridges G3, and an energy efficient Uptight Foster Freezer G3. All equipment was supplied and installed through Roneford Catering. The kitchen also included a bespoke wash area which was designed to fit Maidaid Ice Machines and a Sammic Passthrough Dishwasher. For their front of house bar area, we supplied them with Gamko Bottle Coolers. All the Front-of-House Plates, Glassware and Table Presentation items were proposed according to their décor and them. The Tableware brands used were: Steelite, Enigma (DPS), Churchill, Genware and for the Glassware Arc glassware as well as Bormioli Rocco.

Where?
Grilandia Mayfair is a Lebanese cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair. This project was one of the many sites we have worked on for this customer.
What was required?
The project involved a full kitchen design tailored to the client’s and chefs’ specifications, ensuring the kitchen was fully optimised for Lebanese cuisine. As well as a full Front-of-House proposal of Crockery, Glassware, Cutlery and Table Presentation items to compliment the clients décor and cuisine.
The Result?
The kitchen was equipped with a range of high-performance, energy-efficient equipment to meet the demands of a busy Lebanese restaurant. A Blue-Seal gas cookline and Lincat countertop fryers were installed for versatile cooking. An energy-efficient Unox combi oven was chosen to handle various cooking tasks with optimal energy use. Foster counter fridges and freezers (G3) provided ample storage while ensuring energy efficiency, and Foster undercounter freezers were added to meet the refrigeration needs. Bespoke fabrications, including sinks and tables, were designed to maximise ergonomics and workflow efficiency, allowing the kitchen to operate smoothly. The kitchen also included Maidaid passthrough and undercounter glasswashers, along with a Maidaid ice machine for beverage service. Prodis bottle coolers were provided for drinks storage, and a bespoke cocktail station was designed to suit the bar’s needs. The entire setup combined energy efficiency with functionality, ensuring that the kitchen met the client’s expectations and supported high-volume service.
Front-of-house items consisted of Dudson Harvest-Grain Crockery paired with Steelite Craft Tableware to ensure durability was maximised for their high-end service. The glassware consisted of Bormioli Rocco – Electra Stemware as well as Flair 18/10 Cutlery. Tones of green and browns were used in the Tableware and Table presentation items to compliment the décor of this new Grilandia site.

Where?
A new concept for Watford market of Greek street food was completed in May 2022.
What was required?
This kitchen needed a compact commercial kitchen fitted into a small unit only with electric appliances, that needed to be easy to work in with several chefs and 1 person serving customers.
The result?
For this project of street food stall in Watford market fully bespoke stainless steel fabrications were designed to create an efficient work space for this container kitchen.
Prodis commercial refrigerators, Capital Cooling chest freezers for storage as well as Easycut Ceramic infared gyro machines, electric fryers and warmers were supplied as well as a saladette fridge for ease of preparing all take-away foods and a counter for storage & service of customers.
This was an interesting project as it was our first time of supplying and installing a kitchen into an actual container, although the concept has already proved to be a great success!

Where?
L’Ulivo has been established for over 15 years and has just recently acquired a new premises that needed a complete refurbishment in the heart of London, on the Strand.
This second site aims to continue the same successful ethos of freshly prepared authentic Italian cuisine and was completed in April 2022.
What was required?
For this new project a complete kitchen refurbishment was needed, to adapt to the soon to be busy location as well a new Cocktail Bar area and complete contract furnishings throughout.
The result?
The old kitchen in this premises needed revamping, a completely bespoke stainless-steel preparation and wash area was designed (on the ground floor) and on the upper level a full Blueseal cookline and extraction canopy were supplied and installed. Fosters and Prodis undercounter fridges were used to maintain a tidy low level open plan kitchen as well as Winterhalter passthrough dishwasher for rapid cleaning needed in busy service in the KP area on the lower level.
The Lower level and main dining area was completed with a new cocktail station, a bespoke back bar counter with Prpdis bottle coolers, coffee station and Maidaid under counter glasswasher. The finishing touches for this project were to change all existing furniture here with contact tables and chairs as well as crockery all to complement the Mediterranean feel of their décor.

Where?
In the heart of Hampstead, this historic pub of the Old White Bear was closed for 7 years. To the delight of the local residents, it reopened its doors in December 2021.
What was required?
The premises had been derelict for 7 years and required a complete gutting out and creation of a fully functional kitchen.
The result?
The challenge of this project was that all the commercial kitchen was to be created from scratch, within a compact space in the basement of the property!
• A fully bespoke kitchen was designed with bespoke stainless-steel fabrications throughout. A complete Falcon cookline, with a Naboo Combi Oven.
• A Williams chefs draw refrigerator was used to optimise the space, a bespoke Foster counter fridge with salad well for the island area and hot-pass.
• A low ceiling obliged a bespoke canopy, with a fresh air system across all the cookline.
• A bespoke slimline food prep area and fully bespoke wash area including a Maidaid hooded dishwasher.
• Upstairs a range of Williams undercounter fridges were supplied and a Maidaid glasswasher to keep up with a heavy service.

Where?
Sima’s Grill, based in Finchley in North London, is the product of years of passion for cooking and quality food. A mix of traditional Persian and Azerbaijani cuisine with a modern twist. Opened in May 2021.
What was required?
This all new restaurant needed a full project service. Supply, design and installation of all of the Front-of-house as well as Back-of-house products for this elegant glass fronted premises.
The result?
Sima’s Grill needed a complete refurbishment and redesign for their compact kitchen.
• We prepared a complete package of all of their front-of-house (Crockery, glassware, cutlery and table presentation) items.
• A fully bespoke kitchen was designed with their traditional cuisine in mind.
• A complete Falcon cookline was created, including a Naboo Combi Oven, Lincat Bain-marie, a traditional Greek BBQ, Mainho Chrome Grill, Foster undercounter refrigerator, personalised Williams draw-fridge (for compact storage), Heated Lamps for the hot pass, Gram Chest Freezer and all bespoke stainless-steel fabrications throughout the kitchen.
• To optimise service turnaround Maidaid Dishwasher and Glasswasher were also supplied and installed.
• For the bar area, Prodis bottles coolers along all of the back bar, a new La Dora coffee machine and Maidaid Ice Machine.

Where?
In the old town of Hertford is based the award-winning restaurant of Veysos. This establishment is renowned for using the finest ingredients and expert traditional techniques to create timeless yet innovative signature dishes.
What was required?
As this was already an established kitchen and over the years the premises has expanded and become ever more popular, for this particular project the aim was to renovate their existing kitchen. Looking to create a more efficient kitchen with an increase of demand.
The result?
The main challenge here was to equip and modify their kitchen whilst working around some existing equipment.
For more storage an Infrico undercounter Fridge was supplied and installed under a bespoke Mangal cooking area. This particular model, was deep enough to allow storage of skewers used in their traditional Turkish cuisine.
We supplied and installed all bespoke Stainless-Steel fabrications for the prep and wash area.
As well as supplying and installing a Maidaid Dishwasher to keep up with the quick service, a 10-Grid Rational Combi Oven to increase cuisine output and an all new Blueseal Cookline and a new Williams undercounter Freezer.
All bespoke back bar fabrications, as well as new bottle coolers for increase demand of their cocktails and drinks.

Where?
Based in Hemel Hempstead, this cozy cafe and restaurant is ideal for all occasions, with delicious food and a friendly service.
What was required?
The Story Café wanted a cosy environment with a front of house display fridge (for fresh cakes and sandwiches) and a compact kitchen for all their cooking.
The result?
The main challenge was to equip a small kitchen with all the essential items as well as squeeze in a functional prep area.
We supplied bespoke Stainless Steel fabrications for the prep and wash area to utilise space in a compact kitchen. We also supplied heavy duty Spanish Mainho Grill, a Lincat 4 Burner Cooker, Lincat double fryer, a Foster bespoke refrigerated Counter, crockery and glassware for a contemporary look.

Where?
North London, Enfield Town opened it’s doors in July 2021. Anyone that has ever been to Greece on holiday would have tried a Gyros (the Greek version of a Kebab) and this is becoming a popular fast-food choice in London.
What was required?
This family run relaxed Fast-Food business is a new concept for this part of London. They were looking to offer an eye catching, fresh and healthy fast-food offering to a buzzing community area. The brief was to be able to produce a made-to-measure prep, cook and serve area for multiple chefs all working simultaneously.
The result?
Here we proposed a fully bespoke Counter Display cabinet that would attract attention from the passing public as well as a back prep area and coffee station.
For the shop front:
• Counter Bain Marie Display & Counter Display Fridge with outer Corian design.
• All the back and inside finishing’s of this display counter are in catering grade stainless steel.
• This was fully bespoke according to clients cuisine needs and clients brand colours. Also included in the counter is a bespoke Coffee Counter with Artemis Drink Mixer. Bespoke Stainless Steel fabrications throughout, Full Lincat Cookline, 3 door undercounter Williams Fridge & Kebab Machines.
For the back prep area:
• PARRY cooker, Foster & Williams Double door Fridge & Freezer plus Stainless Sinks (with spray arms).
• We also supplied a small offering of front-of-house items for inside and outside seated area including: Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery.

Where?
Based in the heart of Primrose Hill, London, this premises was fully renovated in Sept 2020, and has now returned to it’s former glory.
What was required?
Having been closed for such a long time the premises needed a full refurbishment. This project had the added challenge of having a small kitchen in the basement. As it didn’t serve a lot of food previously, it was necessary to create a fully functional kitchen as well as a new preparation area and wash area.
The result?
• Our design team were given free reign to propose a fully functional kitchen and wash area. One of the old cellars was transformed in to the wash area and a bespoke kitchen and prep station was also designed. A pully system was used to lower all the large equipment through the cellar trap doors just to the back of the premises (and yes, even the very large upright fridges and freezers were lowered through that)!
• Wash area: Bespoke Sinks for compact space & Maidaid Dishwasher.
• Kitchen & Prep area: Single upright Fosters Fridge & single upright Williams Freezer, a 3 door Counter Fridge with drawers & a bespoke Gantry (heated and ambient). Fully bespoke Blueseal Cookline, Fryer and Naboo Combi Oven.
• Upstairs: a Maidaid Ice Machine and 2 Door Williams Bottle Cooler to ensure there’s a cool drink for every punter.

Where?
Neasden, London. Opened January 2021, this is the second premises of a new chain of authentic Greek Street Food.
What was required?
Having worked with the Greek Pitta team for their first branch, we designed a layout and selection of equipment that worked for their concept and easily adaptable for their new premises. It was necessary to establish enough space of their front cooking area and back preparation area allowing at least 3 chefs to move easily around the front service section.
Another requirement was to ensure quick access to the back prep-area and utilise the more generous space.
The result?
• Supply and installed kebab machines, Mainho Grill, Lincat; fryer, griddle and chip warmer, foster double door refrigeration for ample storage of foods, Williams counter fridges for the front service and cook section.
• Bespoke fabrications to maximise the space.
• Williams vintage made-to-order built-in Bottle Cooler, visible to customers at eye level behind the counter.
• Kitchen utensils, COVID-19 social distancing signage, and kitchen hygiene signs.

Where?
Gabriel’s Wharf, in South London. Limin opened in Summer 2020. At the time only outside dining was allowed.
What was required?
The result?
Supply of Rational Oven and complete Blueseal Cookline. Bespoke stainless steel fabrication prep area to fit into a tight workspace, allowing chefs to move around freely and utilise every available space. A Foster double door commercial refrigerator and blast chillers to prep and cool down dishes in an instance saving time.
Also supplied for their bar a Hoshizaki Ice Machine (Cubes and Flaker), to ensure their cocktails are served over the longest lasting ice in the industry.

120-seater premises in a Listed Building in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, Hayta opened February 2019.
What was required?
The result?
Full Blueseal cookline, Williams commercial fridges and freezer suitable also desserts and Mezes. Infrico custom made skewer refrigerator, custom made stainless-steel fabrications for extra storage below the Mangal (used for cooking over coals as in traditional Mediterranean cuisine). Custom made sinks, extra prep area for chef and sous chef and extra storage area for utensils and crockery.
For their two bars, Hoshizaki Ice Machine (Flaker), Magister Coffee machine, Prodis back-bar wine cooler and bottle cooler with led lighting.
